Parking location and details: Parking is complimentary. Tell the attendant that you are part of the 501st, Rebel Legion, etc., and they will provide you with complimentary parking
Event start time & approx. end time: 5:30pm - 8:30pm (Gates open at 5:30pm, first pitch at 7:00pm, feel free to stay longer if you wish!)
Call time: 4:30pm preferably, but totally understandable to show up through 6:00pm
Changing room details: Conference Room & Mascot Locker Room. Smokies Staff specifically assigned to assist with our costumed volunteers will be available to escort them to either room for breaks, costume adjustments, etc.
Maximum number invited: I would like to have as many fan group members as possible. Members can invite up to 4 friends and family members for complimentary tickets.
Expected number of attendees: 5,000+ fans

Is venue accessible to those with limited mobility: Yes, let me know prior, and I can arrange specific parking passes and whatnot
Amenities available at venue: A spread of hickory smoked pork, hickory smoked bone-in chicken, hot dogs, smokehouse beans, spinach dip with chips, coleslaw, sodas, and water will be served at 5:00pm in the Conference Room for our guests. Water will also be readily available in the Mascot Room during the event.
