I'm the Development Coordinator for this event.  I'm honestly not sure the answer to your weapons questions but think it would be OK.  There are onsite bathrooms but not a dressing room. As for the number of characters - as many as want to come!  We are hoping for at least 120 people (fingers crossed), but it is our first 5k.  There will be water available and snacks.

Comments: This is our first ever 5K Run/Walk in hopes to get the awareness of Make-A-Wish E. Tennessee out there to get people involved.  Participants can start checking in at 7:30am, and the run starts at 9am.  There will be a DJ playing music to pump everyone up.  The event should be over around 11am.
