You're not alone in Antioch! I'm on Bell Rd.

I'm an old school fan girl myself. Saw it the first time August 1977 when I was 13. Been in love with SW ever since.

Hey, I'm in Antioch, known as the painter of buttons! TK building is a lot of fun. If you have any questions just pop any of us a message. Welcome to the addiction of ABS & E6000.

Huntsville is the backyard. No reason at all why we can't all play together. -
Welcome To Midsouth. Suppliers depends on what you are wanting to wear.

Welcome to Midsouth! Youre in my hometown. I went stunt ANH and it is pretty weird getting used to the holster on the left.

Welcome to Midsouth. Nashville is big into TKs. Yay for more shiny white armor!

Welcome to MSG! We have fairly regular armor/prop building gatherings here in Nashville. Which armor kit did you order Chris? My armor is NE with an ATA bucket.

Welcome Mike. I live in Antioch as well. You are a tattoo artist and a geek. Great and dangerous combo with this group! LOL

Your wife can go TK too if she enjoyed wearing Ed's helmet. -
Well, I am fairly new to the Legion myself. I have seen some great stuff out of KW. Looking forward to seeing your build.

Hi! I am Lorri King and have actually been on this forum for quite a while but it has been an age since I last posted. Tonight, February 16th, I attended my first troop ever over at Lipscomb, helping out where I could as a handler. I have to admit I had a blast. Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel right where I belonged. At some point I would LOVE to put together TK armor. In the meantime I am going to be working on my Imperial Officer (ordered the fabric tonight in fact). I am really looking forward to going to a lot more events.

Way back in the day I did promos with friends at the theaters for ANH, ESB & RotJ. We would have the best time interacting with kids so last night was nothing new for me. Love getting back into the swing of things -
Gonna get this started off by the book: Your real, full name - Lorri King Any 501st, Rebel Legion, or other costuming group affliation(s) - Not officially, just hanging out in the RL forums. I was one of the Leia's running around Florida cons back between 78-85 and occasionally as an Imperial officer 81-84. Your location - Nashville Tennessee How you learned about us - Way back at Dragon*Con 98 or 99. I still have my Imperial pint & rocks glasses you all were selling there. Why you are requesting access to the MidSouth Garrison discussion board - I need to get re-involved with fandom again and Star Wars is my first love. I have always thought the 501st was awesome in their dedication to not only the fandom side of things but also the charitable work that is done.

I really wanted to go to the events this weekend but with having to get new tires for the Bug I wasnt able to budget in a trip to Clarksville. Working on getting my ISO uniform together so I can feel a bit better being a handler until I have my green officer completed.

Yay! Glad to see another newby here in Nashville! Welcome!!
