HISTORY OF THE MIDSOUTH GARRISON

In 2002, the remnant of geographical area not claimed by other 501st Legion garrisons was organized into the Southern Outpost. This group encompassed the areas of Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Alabama. Five years later, in 2007, Alabama left to become the Alabama Garrison, and the remaining three states had grown so much that an 'Outpost' didn't define them anymore, so, the Midsouth Garrison was born.

2008 came, and Mississippi became the first new Outpost formed from within the boundaries of an existing Garrison and became the Rancor Raiders Outpost (now Rancor Raiders Garrison). At this point, the MSG had become comprised of Tennessee and Kentucky. Today, over a decade since the Midsouth Garrison name was first used, our group is stronger than ever, and carrying on the proud history of our club to the future.
